eConfirmations

Sertifi eConfirmations powers seamless B2B payment delivery between travel companies, such as TMCs and virtual card providers, and travel supplies, such as hotels. The travel booking process is streamlined, eliminating fax and other non-delivery issues. Travel companies use our flexible and open API solution to securely and efficiently deliver complete booking details to hotels. Complete booking details, including a virtual payment or credit or debit card payment, along with the corresponding payment instructions, and any essential guest information, are sent to the hotel's Sertifi eConfirmations portal.

The hotel then uses their Portal to securely access payment data for PMS entry and payment processing. There’s also an option to push booking details and payment data directly into the Reservation within Oracle Hospitality OPERA for payment processing.

You must have Sertifi eAuthorizations in order to enable eConfirmations on your portal. Super Admins can configure this integration.

You can enable multiple providers via your Integration settings in the portal, send notifications when new confirmation details are received, and streamline your processes.

Without eConfirmations

Without eConfirmations, the process for booking at a hotel via travel partner or virtual card provider caused problems, not only with PCI compliance, but sometimes missing a reservation entirely.

With eConfirmations

Now, with the introduction of eConfirmations, the process is automated and the guest confirmation details, along with payment details, can make it directly into the hotel's portal.
