The Sertifi for Salesforce releases are named after the season and the date the code in the package was completed. What's new

  • Bug fixes in order to better map features to the Sertifi portal UI.
  • API updates to address Salesforce deprecations and support for newer standard objects.

Summer Release 2020.08.13

What's new

  • Previously, Salesforce calls to the Sertifi API would fail when attempting to download signed documents. An initial hotfix was deployed that added retry logic, which enabled Salesforce to retry the API call up to three times before providing a failure notification. Ultimately, the issue was resolved due to an unrelated update to the Sertifi infrastructure. The exact cause of the problem remains unknown, but the fix appears to be permanent.

Spring Release 2020.03.20

What's new

  • When a refund is sent to Amadeus and converted into the custom Transaction object, the refund amount would be entered with a positive value (e.g. appearing as a charge and not a return of the funds). Refunds are now entered with negative values, reflecting the return of funds and ensuring accuracy in transaction values on rollup reports.

What's fixed

  • Fixed an issue causing an error message to appear when a signer was replaced or updated.

  • Updated OnePass functionality to include custom email messages.
  • Enhanced the handling of error messages in the Web Push Queue when the UpdateMethodName field in the Custom Settings contained an error.

What's fixed

  • Fixed an issue causing the signing method selected in the wizard to automatically revert back to electronic.
  • Fixed an issue causing file names with more than 80 characters to error out on Save.

  • Now provide error message details on the payment activity on the payment object in Salesforce when a payment errors out.
