Payeezy (First Data)

Payeezy (First Data) provides a dynamic eCommerce solution by processing payments via their payment gateway.

Enabling Payeezy (First Data)

If you have an existing Payeezy gateway account, provide the following information to your Customer Success Manager:

  • Merchant ID
  • Transarmor Token

You can locate this information via the Terminals tab in your Payeezy terminal. Once you provide this information, your Customer Success Manager contacts Payeezy and links your gateway to Sertifi.

If you don't have an existing Payeezy account, but do have an existing First Data account, contact your existing merchant services provider (i.e. Bank of America) or First Data directly, and then request a new eCommerce Merchant ID to add to your merchant account. Provide the following information when making your request:

  • Request the new eCommerce merchant ID be boarded to Payeezy as the gateway
  • Request Transarmor Tokenization

Once your request is complete, notify your Customer Success Manager, and provide them with the business and/or location name and your new eCommerce MID.

If you don't have an existing account with First Data or Payeezy, contact your Customer Success Manager and request a direct link to begin the enrollment process. Once your account is set up, Payeezy provides you with the necessary Sertifi credentials to provide to your Customer Success Manager.
