Granting login access to Sertifi support in Lightning

If you choose to implement the Sertifi for Salesforce Quick Install, you should grant login access to your Salesforce org to Sertifi support so they can make the appropriate updates to your account.

You must grant access to Sertifi for at least 7 days, so that support can accurately set up your Sertifi app and troubleshoot any issues that might arise.

You don't need to give Sertifi support the password to your Salesforce org.

Granting access

To grant Sertifi access to your Salesforce org:

  1. Login to your Salesforce org.
  2. Click the Astro icon on the top right-hand side of the page.
  3. Click Settings.
  4. Click Grant Log in Access on the left-hand side of the screen.
  5. Locate Sertifi, and then add the Access Duration. We recommend one week.
  6. Click Save.
