IDology and Sertifi

You can add IDology to your Sertifi solution to verify the identity of your signers. If you'd like to add this feature to your Sertifi solution, contact your Customer Success Manager.

When you add IDology and turn on Question based verification, IDology helps guarantee the identity of your signers and payers with a variety of personal questions. IDology asks your signers questions before they access the signing room. If your signer answers the questions correctly, they're granted access to the room and any attached documents or payments.

It's important to note that when you enable IDology, every time a signer accesses a room they have to perform the verification check, regardless if the signer has accessed the room before.
