Installation Overview

To install and setup Sertifi for Amadeus Sales & Event Management - Advanced:

  1. Request the appropriate download links from your Sertifi Customer Success Manager.
  2. Grant your Customer Success Manager access to your Salesforce org.
  3. (Optional) Customize your settings.
  4. Create a custom button, and then add the button to your page layout.
  5. Enable real time updates.

Installation typically takes at least 60 minutes to complete. If you prefer, Sertifi can complete a majority of the installation on your behalf, which can drastically reduce installation time from 60 minutes to 10.
