If you want a lightweight installation option, you can download and install the Sertifi for Salesforce application, and then contact your Customer Success Manager to complete set up and configuration on your behalf.
Take advantage of the Sertifi service install by:
- Requesting the appropriate download links from your Sertifi Customer Success Manager.
- Granting Sertifi access to your Salesforce org. For more information, see Granting login access to Sertifi support. Remember to grant access to Sertifi Support, not Salesforce Support. It is also critical to ensure you include your Salesforce organization ID in your request.
On average, this process can save you upwards of 45 minutes to an hour of setup and configuration time.
